Our Experts
Our expert witnesses are highly experienced registered nurses, midwives, occupational therapists, and
physiotherapists, many of whom work as case managers within litigation. Carefully selected they are all
practising clinicians with at least eight years of clinical practice in their chosen professions.
They fully comply with Civil Procedure Rules Part 35, Practice Direction 35, and the Guidance for
the Instruction of Experts in Civil Claims (2014) and should your case require it, our experts will
attend conferences, undertake expert meetings, and give evidence in Court.
