community support for limited abilities parents with

Q.What is the overarching purpose of your work and
this article?
A. All that matters is the safety of children. Sherriffs
and judges need to see all sides and make the right
decisions regarding the safety of children. Here is
some relevant context and background; Across all UK
countries, average ratings of personal well-being appeared to decline between March 2022 and March
2023.Most regions saw a decline in average life satisfaction ratings between the YE March 2022 and YE
March 2023; the North West, Yorkshire and the
Humber, East Midlands, and the East of England all
saw statistically significant declines. Adults with “very
bad” self-rated health reported the highest proportion of poor well-being across all measures; over half
(57.4%) reported high levels of anxiety and over 4 in
10 (46.5%) adults reported low levels of happiness. A
greater proportion of women reported high levels of
anxiety than men, over a quarter (26.6%) of women,
compared with one in five men (20.0%) Self-reported
health status and marital status had the largest contribution on life satisfaction. (Gerry Hannah, from

A huge issue is that of Children given to unrelated
adults. Some Local Authorities adulterate the social
care system to allow Unrelated Adults, full access to
fatherless children. Adulteration? Parents put on trial,
accused, convicted and punished according to political opinions "on the balance of probability" Sheriffs
and Judges can be misled and misinformed by false
testimony, reports and malicious accusations, without
any valid evidence or factual justification (ref: gov.uk
Review of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes and Star Hobson
murders)Unrelated Adults perpetrate 95% of child
abuse and assault Unfortunately, trading high-value
children through Care Homes, adoption and fostering agencies, can be more lucrative than providing the
support that natural families may need (ref: Rishi
Sunak inquiry, 17 Apr 2023)
Q. What are the Purpose and Aims of DutyBound?
A. DutyBound is for the Safeguarding of every child
from assault and brutality. DutyBound to protect our
local children, it is a Community education project to
inspire a safer, more cooperative way of living;
Q ‘DutyBound’ is set up for researching
improvements to the child protection system.
What aspects of the current system in your view
actually work within your specialist field? And what
areas require change, further understanding and
implementation. What recommendations do you
have?
A. The child protection system has clearly failed in
every category. Since the late progress markers of the
1960s and 70s, there were manageable increases right
up until 1983, which showed a massive spike in criminal child abuse incidents causing Actual Bodily Harm
