Final thoughts
Partnership / shareholder disputes will continue to
keep forensic experts busy into the future, be that
as party appointed experts or single joint experts
helping all parties. It is wise to have partnership
agreements in place to insure against future fall
outs and provide mechanisms to resolve such
disagreements. In the event a dispute does arise,
forensic accountants can provide a fair and robust
review of share value and accounting scenarios.
